- Medication Dispensers are shipped free of charge.
- Medication Dispenser Accessories incur a shipping charge.

Connected Medical Technologies, LLC is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase does not fulfill your needs for any reason, you can return your item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact our store to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
- Shipping is non-refundable
- 30 Day Return Policy
- Product Packaging and included accessories must be returned
- Unit must be in like new condition
- Contact support for a return authorization number before returning

Shipping & Returns FAQ
Returns are easy. We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns on most items if returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
How do I return a product that I ordered?
You must contact us for an authorized RMA Number and return shipping address, or you will be charged $5.00 if you return back to us without one.
Please include with your return a copy of your sales receipt (specify refund or replacement) and put the RMA outside the package. You are responsible for the return postage. If you paid by credit card, we will credit your account unless you tell us otherwise. Send your return to:
30 Day Unconditional Return Option
No returns can be accepted after 30 days of shipment.
All returns must be returned to us in new, resalable condition containing all of the manufacturers' original packaging (in new condition), accessories, and warranties.
Parts and Accessories Return Option
Accessories and Parts may be returned within 30 days subject to a $3.00 or 15% restocking fee (which ever greater amount).
You will be issued a refund less the shipping and handling charges and restocking fees (If applicable) for any returned item. Original shipping charges (if applicable) are not refundable. We are not responsible for any return shipping expenses or charges that might be incurred (unless it is damaged from the manufacturer). Refunds will be made to the credit card that you used on original purchase.
If your product arrives damaged you must notify us immediately, within 72 hours of delivery date via e-mail at . You will then be given return instructions. Once we have received the damaged item back from you, we will gladly make the exchange for the same item, no exceptions.
